SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and shipped via USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Additional processing and shipping time may occur during peak Holiday shopping Thanksgiving through Christmas, or if there is an issue with the address- in which case we will contact you immediately for correction.  PrisMetal business hours are Monday through Friday 8am - 4pm PST and closed on federal holidays. 

Shipping within the US and US Territories is calculated at checkout by weight and destination for all orders. All orders ship from our warehouse in the Sacramento, California area.

Standard Shipping - takes an average of 4-7 business days in transit after order processing. 

Priority Shipping - takes 2-4 business days in transit after order processing. Shipment timeline is determined by the carrier and is not guaranteed and may take longer during peak Holiday shopping times.

For lost or delayed packages - PrisMetal will assist to the best of our abilities to track and locate packages, but most matters can be resolved quickly with your local post office. If a package is 4 or more business days late and your local carrier's office has failed to give a current location or updated delivery estimate, please contact us at sales@prismetal.com.
